Uses: Creation of powdery gradients and shadow effects. Useful for smoky linings and the construction of soft transitions for lips and blending in camouflage/areolas.
Suggestions: Dilute the saturation of your pigment with a few drops and mix well. Slimming your favorite Perma Blend pigments for a smooth natural transition. You can even add more drops for an extra soft effect.
