Needle stabilization and precision
The automated manufacturing of KWADRON® cartridges and their needle stabilization system promote precise guidance, good durability and consistent performance. Medical-grade plastic housing reduces friction between needle and tip to help preserve sharpness longer.
Kwadron Hybrid System Round Liner
The Hybrid versions feature an improved stabilization system and a redesigned tip with a special guide. This design promotes needle rigidity, smooth application to the skin, and consistent, controlled ink flow for precision work.
The Hybrid configurations offered are: 25/3 RLLT, 25/5 RLLT, 25/9 RLLT, 30/3 RLLT, 30/5 RLLT, 30/7 RLLT, 30/9 RLLT, 35/3 RLLT, 35/5 RLLT, 35/7 RLLT and 35/9 RLLT.
Choose your Round Liner configuration
Choose the diameter, the number of needles and type it according to your technique. The Round Liner range is suitable for different tattoo styles; the result and ink flow depend on the selected configuration.
0.30mm, No. 10: A versatile size providing smooth, controlled ink flow. In a notation like 1003, “10” indicates the diameter and “03” the number of needles. This size is sometimes called "double zero".
0.25mm, No. 08: A tighter configuration, with more restricted ink flow than 0.30mm.
Medium Taper: The 35/7 RLMT and 35/8 RLMT options are identified in the selector.
