Turbo Round Liner cartridges are not as tightly soldered as the usual RL cartridges, moreover, the middle needle is slightly backwards, which allows more ink to be stored inside the cartridge, and this translates into the needle dipping into the ink less frequently. Turbo needles hurt the skin less and are therefore more precise. They guarantee faster filling than a standard RL needle.
